The Lounge

The most striking feature is the massive internal chimney with galleried landing and real wood burning stove. Then you will notice the high ceiling with roof beams and the slate floor.

Comfy deep sofa and easy chairs are ideal to sink into and relax while watching the flat screen Freeview TV and Blu-Ray player.

To one side you will find the circular dining table.

There is a large window looking out to Nutmeg’s garden and extensive country views.

Although spacious the lounge is always cosy with the central heating and wood burner.

The Kitchen

Down three steps from the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with all you will want in your holiday home.

Electric built-in hob and oven. Microwave. Toaster. Coffee maker. Fridge-Freezer. Dishwasher. Washing machine. All the utensils you will need and ample storage space.

There are pine ‘dresser’ features and a polished granite worktop.

There is also a convenient breakfast bar.

The Main Bedroom

Leading off the galleried landing the main bedroom has a very comfortable 1.35m (4’6”) double bed with pocket spring mattress, 13.5tog feather & down duvet and feather pillows.

There is plenty of storage space in draws and hanging space.

There are views in two directions, both down the old yard and across our fields and uninterrupted countryside.

Twin Room

Also leading off the galleried landing is the second bedroom.

Two 90cm (3ft) comfortable pocket sprung beds with feather & down duvets and feather pillows ensure your night time comfort while our peaceful location ensure your undisturbed sleep.

This room has a "Velux" roof window.
